Learn how the Altru real-time data updates work with Social Good Software. You will learn how we connect into Altru using the API and how the software application listens to data events from Altru.
Once the data event happens each application will be notified and trigger an update accordingly for real-time data.
My Calendars timestamp is not updating? This is because your calendar has no new data. The moment new data becomes available your calendar will be updated automatically.
I’m not seeing any new data is this working? Don’t worry if you see an empty activity tab. This just means there is no new data available. The moment data becomes available it will be updated on the activity tab of the application.
How to validate address in realtime with Altru
Address: We use a third-party tool to validate addresses against the USPS database then we give a recommendation to the user to use the address or not.
How to validate email addresses with Altru in realtime
Email Address validations with Altru: We check MX records to make sure there is a deliverable address we can send messages to and then show a message if it’s a valid or invalid email address.
